Building Use - Rent Our Space For Your Events/Meetings!

St. Luke's United Methodist makes its large hall and meeting rooms available for group use - currently we host several recovery, neighborhood association, Scouts, tutoring, and special event groups. If you are interested in finding out more, please email trustees@st-lukesumc.com and specify:

     Date(s) & Time(s) of the event - we suggest having at least two options for dates

     Number of expected attendees

     Contact email AND phone # for the organizing person

You may also see the building use request forms below - complete the forms as fully as possible, then email to trustees@st-lukesumc.com for consideration. Basic fees can be found on the forms, however the final fee may be higher depending upon the level of building usage, custodial help required, etc. 

Please allow one month notice for approval of your event. Usage is dependent on calendar availability, church events and/or other groups may already be scheduled.
